Nowadays wheat is one of the important crops is our country which cultivate in different climates and conditions, therefore some parts of these lands confronting with stresses such as heat, salt and drought. One of the important strategies that can overcome to reduce drought stress, use of the drought tolerated cultivars. In order to reach to this aim, in present study evaluation three promising tolerated wheat lines to drought stress and also high yielding in complete irrigation including M-96-13, M-96-14 and M-96-16 (which selected from ERWYT-M96) with check Rakhshan cultivars (check of Jovin) and Sirvan (check of Taybad), (in each site four genotypes) in extension project at Jovin (complete irrigation) and Taybad (drought stress after anthesis) during 2019-20 cropping season. Agronomical practices such as prepare of seedbed, use of fertilizer and so on, did base on conventional methods of sites trial, exception irrigation, which at anthesis was cut –off irrigation at Taybad site, but in Jovin irrigation was done complete. For measure some traits and yield components, take 20 random samples from each lines. Results showed in normal irrigation grain yield of M-96-13, M-96-14, M-96-16 and Rakhshan were 5610, 5450, 5380 and 5330 kg/ha respectively, and in cut off irrigation trail, grain yield of M-96-13, M-96-14, M-96-16 and Sirvan were 5080, 4910, 4329 and 4850 kg/ha respectively. In general M-96-13 was superior genotype, and we could it's, consider as promising line for future study.
