Yaghooti grape is the earliest grape variety in Iran and is the most important horticultural product in the Sistan region, which is cultivated in more than 90% of the vineyards of this region. Considering the recent approaches in the agricultural programs, the massive project of transferring water through pipes for 46 thousand farmer's fields, and the need to change the cultivation pattern, the suitable contribution of this pattern is allocated for each farmer for grape cultivation. This research was conducted as a factorial experiment based on a randomized complete block design for three years at Zahak Research Station. Four levels of balance pruning intensity including: control (local custom), light pruning (10 + 60), medium pruning (10 + 40), and heavy pruning (10 + 20) considered as the first factor and four levels of intensity green pruning including; control or local custom (G1), pruning of cans from above eight leaves on the last cluster (G2), pruning of unproductive branches + pruning of cans from above eight leaves on the last cluster (G3), pruning of branches without fruit from the bottom + pruning of unproductive branches + pruning the cans from the top of the eight leaves on the last cluster (G4) considered as the second factor in three replications. The results showed that balance pruning (20+10) increased the cluster length, cluster axes weight, berry weight and berry number in cluster, bearing coefficient and soluble solids by 32.5, 32.8, 15.3, 30.9, 44.6 and 13% compared to the control, respectively and decreased the traits of cluster/vine, fruit juice acidity and the number of days to maturity by 33.8, 12.8 and 17.3% compared to the control, respectively. In addition, green pruning of G4 increased the cluster length, cluster axes weight, berry weight, berry number in cluster and soluble solids by 11, 15.8, 11.9, 16.6, and 12% compared to the control, respectively and decreased the traits of fruit juice acidity and the number of days to maturity by 5.3 and 19.2% compared to the control, respectively. Interaction of balance pruning (20+10) and green pruning G4 increases the cluster width, main and sub axes length of cluster, cluster weight, berry number in cluster, bud break, percentage of ruby berries of clusters and yield by 61.9, 67.6, 137.4, 82.3, 33, 38.6 and 14.2% compared to the control, respectively. In general, the results showed that the results showed that In general, the results showed that in balance pruning (20+10), pruning of g4 increases yield by 47.2% compared the control in pruning (20+10) and it is recommended for Sistan conditions. Keywords: Bearing coefficient, Bud break, Cane, Cluster charactrestic, Number of days to maturity, Prunning weight,.
