طی سالیان اخیر روند خشک شدن و نابودی تالاب انزلی به سرعت رخ داده که بواسطه تغییرات اقلیمی و عوامل انسان ساخت میباشد. از مهمترین این عوامل میتوان به تغییر سیمای طبیعی سرزمین و تغییر کاربری ازاضی در حوزه آبخیز، کاهش ورودی یا ریزش حجم زیادی از باران در دوره زمانی کوتاه، پس‌روی آب دریای خزر و توسعه جوامع شهری و فعالیتهای صنعتی و کشاورزی اشاره داشت....کلمات کلیدی: تالاب انزلی، اکولوژی،بیولوژی، مدیریت، جایکا

n recent years, the destruction process of Anzali wetland has occurred rapidly due to climate change and man-made factors. The most important of factors are including the landscape changing and land use in the watershedarea, reduction of rainfall or heavy rainfall in a short period of time, reduction of the Caspian Sea level, theurbanization, the development of industrial and agricultural activities.Obvious problems inside Anzali Wetland include high sedimentation and decreasing depth, overgrowth ofaquatic plants, the entry of various pollutants, uncertainty of the wetland boundary and conflict with the peoplearound the marginal area.Establish of Anzali Wetland management committee in Gilan provincial governor’s office provided conditionsfor a kind of harmony between organizations inorder to rehabilitation of Anzali Wetland. At present, alldecisions for integrated management of Anzali Wetland are made only in Anzali Wetland ManagementCommittee, has 16 member organizations and 6 sub-committees. All related projects are reviewed and approvedby these relevant technical subcommittees.In the first meeting of the Anzali Wetland Management Committee (in2014 ), part of the provincial and nationalfunds were allocated for executive and research projects related to the rehabilitation of Anzali Wetland.The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) has been present in Anzali Wetland for about 15 yearsWhich has presented its all of activities in the second phase report. In this report, the continuation of executiveand research activities for the rehabilitation of Anzali wetland in order to exit Montreux record has beenproposed in the form of 10 main axes for the years 2020-2030.Inland Water Aquaculture Research Center, in the form of various reports, has provided executiverecommendations to the responsible organizations. In this case the restoration of endangered species, includingnative carp, perch, tench and kutum are considerable. This institute is currently a member of sub Committee ofWetland Ecosystem Conservation and has an important role in the ecological monitoring programs.Keywords: Anzali Lagoon, Ecology, Biology, Management, JICA
