To obtain high yielding and stable durum wheat cultivars with desirable grain quality and resistant to diseases, 18 durum elite genotypes originated from Advanced Durum Yield Trial in warm region (ADYT-97) along with two checks, Hana and Aran were tested in 6 locations including Karaj, Kermanshah, Khorram Abad, Ahvaz (limited irrigation), Darab (normal and limited irrigation) and Dezfoul research stations in temprate and warm zone of Iran in two crop season years (2019-2021). The experiments were conducted in a RCBD design with 3 replications. Each plot included of 6 rows with row spacing of about 20cm. Seed rate was 450 seeds/m2. At each station fertilizer, irrigation and chemical application were applied according to the technical recommendations. In limited irrigation condition in Darab, two last irrigatings were not done. A mixture of Puma Super and Granestar was used for controlling of weeds. Phenological and agronomical characteristics such as days to heading and maturity, plant height and lodging were recorded, and grain yield of genotypes were recorded. By using average of yield, ranking (R) and standard deviation of ranks (SDR), also grain quality indices, lines D-98-8 and D-98-10 were selected in both normal and drought stress condition. These lines will be tested in On-farm yield trials of next crop season and finally one of them will be introduced as a new cultivar for temprate and warm and drought climate zone of Iran. Key words: Durum wheat, Grain yield, Elite lines, Drought stress
