کارایی علف‌کش پیرازوسولفورون‌اتیل (سایروس WP 10%) در کنترل علف‌های هرز برنج، در شرایط مزرعه‌ای و گلدانی در مؤسسه تحقیقات برنج کشور در طي سال‌های 1396 و 1397 بررسی شد. در آزمایش مزرعه‌ای عملکرد انتخابی و کارایی دزهای صفر، 150، 200 و 250 (گرم ماده تجاری در هکتار) علف‌کش سایروس و پرتیلاکلر (ریفیت، EC 50%، 5/1 لیتر ماده تجاری در هکتار) در مقایسه با شاهد وجین‌دستی بررسی شد. در آزمایش گلدانی کارایی دزهای صفر، 50، 100، 200 و400 درصد دز توصیه‌شده علف‌کش‌های سایروس، ریفیت و بن‌سولفورون‌متیل (لونداکس، DF 50%) در کنترل پیزور (Bolboschoenus planiculmis) بررسی شد. مطابق نتایج آزمایش مزرعه‌ای علف‌کش جدید سایروس فاقد هرگونه علائم گیاه‌سوزی بر روی برنج بود. علف‌کش سایروس در دز 200 گرم ماده تجاری و بالاتر، از نظر آماری در کاهش زیست‌توده سوروف مشابه علف‌کش رایج ریفیت و وجین‌دستی بود این درحالی بود که کارایی 200 گرم از این علف‌کش در هکتار در کنترل جگن چند ساله پیزور دریایی در حدود 43 درصد بهتر از علف‌کش ریفیت بود. هم‌چنین نتایج نشان داد که سایروس فاقد اثر سوء بر عملکرد برنج است و میزان شلتوک و عملکرد بیولوژیک در دزهای 200 و 250 گرم ماده تجاری این علف‌کش مشابه علف‌کش رایج ریفیت و تیمار شاهد وجین‌دستی بود. نتایج آزمایش گلدانی نیز بیانگر کارایی مطلوب علف‌کش جدید سایروس در کنترل علف‌هرز پیزور بود، به‌طوری‌که دز توصیه شده‌ی این علف‌کش دارای کارایی بالا (%85≤) و مشابه علف‌کش رایج لونداکس بود. به‌طورکلی مطابق نتایج این آزمایش‌ها، علف‌کش جدید سایروس پتانسیل لازم برای کاربرد در شالیزارهای کشور به‌منظور کنترل علف‌های هرز مهم برنج را دارا بوده و این علف‌کش به‌تنهایی قابلیت جایگزینی دو علف‌کش رایج ریفیت و لونداکس را دارد. کلمات کليدي: برنج، علف‌هرز، کنترل شیمیایی-سولفونیل‌اوره

The efficacy of herbicide pyrazosulfuron- ethyl (WP 10% sirius) in controlling rice weeds under field and pot conditions at Rice Research Institute of Iran during 2018 and 2019 was investigated. In field experiments, the selectivity and efficacy of doses of 0, 150, 200 and 250 (g/ha) commercial formulation of herbicide sirius and Pretilachlor (Rifite, EC 50%, 1.5 liters ha-1) in comparison with hand weeded control was investigated. In the pot experiment, the efficacy of 0, 50, 100, 200 and 400% of recommended dosage of herbicides sirius, Rifite and Bensulfuron-methyl (Londax, DF 50%) in control of bulrush (Bolboschoenus planiculmis) was investigated. According to the results of the field experiment, the new herbicide sirius had no symptoms of toxicity on rice. Sirius herbicide efficacy at a dose of 200 g or higher of trade formulation was statistically similar to the common herbicide Rifite and hand weeding in reduction of barnyardgrass biomass, while the efficacy of 200 g.ha-1 sirius in controlling perennial sedge bulrush was about 43% higher than that of Rifite. Also results showed that sirius had no adverse effect on rice yield, and the rate of grain yield and biological yield at 200 and 250 g of commercial formulation was similar to those of common herbicide and weeding control treatments. The results of the pot experiment also showed the optimal performance of the new herbicide sirius in bulrush control, so that the recommended dosage of this herbicide had high efficacy (≥85%) and similar to the standard herbicide londax. According to the results of these experiments, the new herbicide sirius has the potential to be used in paddy fields of Iran to control important weeds of rice and this herbicide alone can replace the two common herbicides, Pretilachlor and Bensulfuron-methyl.Keywords: Rice, Weed, Sulfonylurea, Chemical Control
