Due to the importance of the issue of wind erosion in Iran, a strategic plan to recognition of factors affecting wind erosion was added to the Strategic Plan for the Recognition of Effective Factors on Erosion and Sedimentation in 1395. Today, more than 20 million hectares of land in the country are subject to destruction of wind erosion. The area of the sand dunes is about 13 million hectares, of which 5 million hectares are considered active sand dunes. Undoubtedly, the occurrence of droughts and global warming, land use changes and the implementation of civil and blue projects such as dam construction and water transfer between basins not only make changes in the range of sources of erosion production, but also exacerbate and create New districts have also been called "dust storm centers". Therefore, identifying the factors affecting wind erosion, both natural and human, is one of the most important issues in the field of erosion. Because information indicates that the state of agriculture, health, water resources and environmental systems of the country is severely restricted by this type of erosion. Therefore, recognizing the factors affecting wind erosion can provide a way to combat this phenomenon. In this regard, all reports, articles, books and other existing documents were collected and classified and then the problem tree was prepared by holding several sessions. After designing a problem tree, its conceptual model is also developed to link the elements of the problem tree in a logical way. Finally, the research axes and their prioritization were presented in the final report. Keywords: Wind erosion, Problems tree, Strategic Plan
