To select the superior salinity barley lines suitable for in Esfahan province moderate regions, this study was conducted with 4 promising barley lines(MBS-94-2, MBS-94-3, MBS-94-4 and MBS-94-15. Mehr barley variety was as a check in Borkhar and Naeein regions in cropping season( 2018-19). The study was carried out in farmers' fields in an extension research pattern. Each genotype planted at 2000 square meter and plant density was 450 seed per square meter. Some traits such as date of heading , date of physiological maturity, and plant height were noted down .Grain yield and thousand kernel weight of each genotype measured. The results showed that in Borkhar, Mehr (as a check), MBS-91-8, MBS-93-6, MBS-93-8 and MBS-93-15 varieties had 2722, 1722, 3330, 2500 and 3180 kg/ha grain yield, respectively. In addition to, the results showed that in Naeein, Mehr (as a check), MBS-91-8, MBS-93-6, MBS-93-8 and MBS-93-15 varieties had 4190, 3700, 4830, 5760 and 3180 kg/ha grain yield, respectively. The highest grain yield of promising barley lines belong to MBS-94-3 and MBS-94-4 in Borkhar and Naeein, respectively.Keywords:Irrigated barley, Salinity moderate regions, Promising lines
