Proper nutrition of minerals should be considered as a prerequisite for cow breeders. When minerals are out of range, production, reproduction, immunity and animal survival rates might be limited. Hence, various methods of using minerals in animal feed have been designed, including the use of slow-release bolus that gradually releases these minerals over time. In the present study, the effect of Ferro Bov Plus on the concentration of some Macro minerals and Micro minerals in the blood were studied. For this purpose, 60 cows were selected. Each treatment control received 20 cows (without bolus), the second treatment was 2 boluses and the third treatment was 3 boluses. Before feeding the boluses, the first blood sampling was performed and after feeding the boluses, three times for two months and for 6 months from the cows under test, the concentration of calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), sodium (Na), iron (Fe), manganese (Mn) , Copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), selenium (Se) and cobalt (Co), iodine (I) was determined in the blood. The experiment was carried out in the form of repeated measures in the framework of completely randomized design and comparison of the meanings using Duncan's method. The results showed that the survival of the boluses and the gradual release of the elements in the rumen and mineral supplement in the form of slow sustained releases boluses on blood concentration of this element not significant effects (P>0.05) and only increase in the sodium concentration of the third treatment compared to other treatments was observed in the six months after the Consumption of the boluses (P <0.05), also there was a significant difference in the T3 and T4 concentration of the treatments prior to the use of the boluses (P <0.05) But in other traits, no significant differences were observed between treatments, Also consumptions of Ferro Bov Plus boluses have not significant effects on reproductive traits (P> 0.05). Sampling time had a significantly effects on blood concentration of mentioned mineral (P <0.05). Generally, use the boluses of mineral, had not effect on the concentration of these elements in cow blood and reproductive parameters.
