This study was conducted during the years 2019 and 2020 with the aimed to evaluate the grain yield compatibility in sesame pure lines and reach the best sesame cultivars in warm regions. In this regard, were compared 10 selected lines of preliminary yield tests with six local cultivars from the warm areas (16 experimental treatments in total) in a randomized complete block design with three replications for two years in six warm locations. Due to the significant interaction of genotypes in the environment, the results in each region were examined separately. In Dezful, line number 305 with a yield of 1987 kg per hectare was the preferred line with a 5% advantage over the local cultivar of Dezful. In Darab, lines number 310 and 305 with grain yield of 1253 and 1205 kg/ha, respectively, were superior to the Darab-1cultivar of Darab with a yield of 1070 kg/ha. In Behbahan, line number 307 with a yield of 1078 kg/ha was 96% superior to the local cultivar of Behbahan. In the Borazjan region, Dashtestan-2 cultivar with a yield of 1854 kg/ha was the ideal treatment, and among the new lines, line number 303 with a yield of 1585 kg/ha was superior to other lines. In the Zabol region, line number 303 with a grain yield of 1069 kg/ha was superior to other treatments and was 25% superior to the local cultivar of Sistan. In the Jiroft region, line number 307, with a yield of 1494 kg/ha, was superior to other cultivars and was 42% superior to the Haleil cultivar (local Jiroft). The polygon-view of the GGE biplot recognized three superior genotypes and three mega environments so that the best genotypes within each environment were determined. The first mega environment included Dezful and Darab regions with superior genotype number 305, the second mega environment included Behbahan, Borazjan and Jiroft regions with superior genotype number 307 and the third mega environment included the Zabol region with superior genotype number 303. Simultaneous evaluation of yield and stability through average environment coordinate biplot showed that genotypes 302 and 307 have good stability and performance. Therefore, genotypes number 302, 303, 305, and 307 are recommended for extension projects in Dezful, Darab, Behbahan, Zabol, Borazjan and Jiroft.
