Today, the growing phenomenon of salinity along with the shortage of fresh water is one of the global problems. The use of halophyte plants, including salicornia, is a commercial, economic and agricultural solution. Therefore, Qom and Helleh genotype was selected as a sensitive and tolerant genotype of Salicornia plant and was cultured hydroponically under different groups of elements and evaluated morphology, anatomy, physiology and molecular. Among the treated elements, iron was the most effective and in addition to having a direct effect on plant biomass, it also affected the anatomy of both genotypes. It was evaluated physiologically and molecularly and proved the direct effect of iron on plant growth processes. Therefore, by treating elements such as iron, the amount of salinity tolerance in plants can be increased and the plant can be preserved in salinity.
