با افزایش فشار بر منابع طبیعی، مدیریت تک منظوره جنگل ها با نادیده گرفتن سایر خدمات، قابل قبول نخواهد بود. افزایش آگاهی از مزایای چندگانه جنگل ها، باعث شده که کشورهای زیادی، از مدیریت پایدار چندمنظوره جنگل استفاده کنند. پروژه-های جنگلکاری و ایجاد پارکهای جنگلی در مناطق خشک نیازمند انجام مطالعات دقیق منابع پایه شامل بررسی های اقلیمی، وضعیت منابع آب، بررسی شرایط خاک و زمین و تطبیق شرایط منطقه با نیازهای گونه های گیاهی و نیاز آبی آنها، تعیین حداقل و حداکثر دمای قابل تحمل برای گونه¬های گیاهی، بررسی آفات و بیماریها و غیره است. مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک جنوب شهرستان ورامین یکی از مناطقی است که به دلیل شرایط فرسایش خاک، و چرای مازاد دام و تخریب مراتع و پوشش گیاهی در اولویت جهت اجرای طرح های جنگلداری چند منظوره با رویکرد توسعه توریسم و حفاظت می باشد. لذا هدف از این تحقیق ارزیابی جامعی از شرایط اکولوژیکی و اقتصادی و اجتماعی این منطقه و در نهایت اجرای طرح جنگلداری چند منظوره می باشد. برای این منظور ابتدا اقدام به چندین مرحله برداشت نمونه های خاک و پوشش گیاهی از قطعات نمونه از هر سه منطقه دولت آباد، شکرآباد و فخرآباد در ورامین و پیشوا شد و داده ها و نقشه های مورد نیاز تهیه گردید. نمونه های خاک برداشت شده و به آزمایشگاه منتقل و پارامتهای EC, pH,N, P, TNV, OC و میزان اجزا شن، سیلت و رس در هر نمونه تعیین و نقشه های این پارامترها تهیه شد. سپس ارزیابی توان زیست محیطی تفرج به روش روی¬هم گذاری نقشه¬های اکولوژیکی انجام شد که بدین منظور نخست نقشه سازی عوامل اکولوژیکی شامل شیب، جهت، ارتفاع، تراکم پوشش گیاهی، بارش و دما و نیز بافت خاک انجام شد، سپس این نقشه¬ها طبقه¬بندی و بر حسب میزان مطلوبیت برای تفرج گسترده کد گذاری شده و بعد روی هم گذاری و در نهایت طبقات دارای توان درجه 1 و 2 و نامطلوب از تلفیق این لایه ها ایجاد و مناطق دارای توان معرفی شدند. ارزیابی اقتصادی و اجتماعی منطقه نیز طبق داده های مرکز آمار ایران و بازدیدهای میدانی و مرور طرحهای انجام شده در منطقه به شکل جامع انجام گرفت. در نهایت با بررسی نتایج ارزیابی توان اکولوژیک گردشگری و نتایج آنالیز خاک و نیز نتایج داده های اقتصادی و اجتماعی منطقه مورد بررسی، طرح جنگلداری چند منظوره برای منطقه تهیه و مقرر شد که بخش اعظم منطقه شکرآباد به دلیل وجود توان بالقوه تفرج گسترده به این امر اختصاص یابد و سایر قسمتهای مناطق فخرآباد و دولت آباد که در آنها وضعیت خاک تا حدی بهتر می باشد به کاشت گونه های گیاهی سازگار با شرایط منطقه اختصاص یابد و سایر قسمتها نیز به حفاظت و احیا خاک و پس از بهبود نسبی وضعیت خاک در مرحله بعد به فعالیتهای مناسب دیگر اختصاص یابد که در نقشه نهایی تهیه شده قابل مشاهده است.

With increasing pressure on natural resources, single-purpose forest planning will not be acceptable while ignoring other services. Increasing awareness of the multiple benefits of forests has led many countries to use sustainable multi-purpose forest plannining. Afforestrtuion projects and the creation of forest parks in arid areas require detailed studies of basic resources including climate studies, soil conditions, water resorcement, temperature and determining the minimum and maximum temperatures, pests and diseases, etc.. Arid and semi-arid areas south of Varamin city is one of the areas that due to soil erosion conditions, grazing of livestock and destruction of pastures and vegetation is a priority for the implementation of multi-purpose forestry projects with the approach of tourism development and protection., Therefore, the purpose of this study is a comprehensive assessment of the ecological, economic and social conditions of this region and finally the implementation of a multi-purpose forestry project. For this purpose, several stages of soil and vegetation samples were collected from sample plots from all three regions of Dolatabad, Shokarabad and Fakhrabad in Varamin and Pishva, and the required data and maps were prepared. Soil samples were collected and transferred to the laboratory and the parameters EC, pH, N, P, TNV, OC and the amount of sand, silt and clay components in each sample were determined and maps of these parameters were prepared. Then, the environmental potential of recreation was assessed by stacking ecological maps. For this purpose, first, ecological factors including slope, direction, height, vegetation density, precipitation and temperature, as well as soil texture were mapped. The categories were classified and coded according to the degree of desirability for wide recreation, and then stacked, and finally the classes with power levels of 1 and 2 and undesirable were created by combining these layers and areas with capacity ecological were introduced. The economic and social evaluation of the region was also carried out comprehensively according to the data of the Statistics Center of Iran and field visits and review of projects carried out in the region. Finally, by reviewing the results of assessing the ecological potential of tourism and the results of soil analysis as well as the results of economic and social data of the study area, a multi-purpose forestry plan was prepared for the region and it was decided that All other parts of Fakhrabad and Dolatabad regions, where the soil condition is somewhat better, should be allocated to planting plant species that are compatible with the conditions of the region, and other parts should be allocated to soil protection and refoerstartion and after relative improvement of soil condition. The next step is dedicated to other appropriate activities that can be seen in the final map.
