In order to study the fertility status and determining the nutritional factors affecting canola yield in Alborz, Moghan, Mazandaran, Dezful and Golestan farms, this project was carried out in two years. In the second year, new farms were replaced with damaged farms due to environmental conditions. In each area data of 30 canola farms were selected. All cultivation information was recorded in selected canola fields, including planting date, cultivar type, spraying dates for weeds and insects, type and amount of fertilizers in different stages. Soil samples were prepared from a depth of 0 to 30 cm and plant samples (at the beginning of stem elongation) was taken and the concentration of elements in them was measured. At the end of the growing season, canola yield was measured. In Alborz province, in terms of DOP index, the order of deficiency for low and medium yield farms was Zn> Cu> B> Ca> K and with CND method, the order of nutrient deficiency was Ca> Zn>Fe>Cu. In Markazi province, in terms of DOP index, the order of deficiency was P> Fe> Zn> Mn> N> K> Cu and with CND method, the order of deficiency was P>Zn>Mn>K. In terms of DOP index, the order of deficiency in the east of Golestan province was Zn> Cu> N and by CND method, the order of deficiency was N>Zn >Cu>P>Mg. In the north of Khuzestan province, in terms of DOP index, the order of deficiency was Cu> Zn> Mn> N> Fe>P and by CND method, the order of element deficiency was N> Cu > P > Mn. In the general average of Ardabil province (Moghan region) in terms of DOP index, the order of deficiency was Mg> Cu> Fe> N> Mn> S> Zn> P and by CND method was, Mg>N>Cu>Fe>P. In Mazandaran province, in terms of DOP index, none of the elements was deficient in general and the measured elements had a positive index, but with CND method, the order of element deficiency was B. In this province, the critical index of nitrogen and boron nutrients was out of the adequacy range. The furthest average grain yield was related to Khuzestan province (3100 kg/ha) and the lowest average yield was obtained from Markazi province farms (2249 kg/ha). In different provinces, due to different soil conditions, different elements had priority in compensating for the deficiency. In general, phosphorus deficiency was observed in further soil samples and potassium deficiency was observed in more samples in plants. The results of this study can be used to increase yield and improve the quality of canola and decide on the type of fertilizer to be distributed in each one of the performed areas.Key words: Canola, Main regions, Plant analysis, Nutrients, Nutritional status, Compositional Nutrient Diagnosis, Deviation from optimum percentage.
