In order to determine the yield stability and genotype × environment interactions, four introduced barley varieties (B1, B2, B3 and B4) including four local controls (Jolge, Mahtab, Bahman and promising line CB-96-8) were evaluated in years 2019-2021. Experiment was conducted using randomized complete block design with four replications in five stations in the cold regions of Iran including Karaj, Miandoab, Ardabil, Jolgerokh and Zanjan. Combined analysis of variance showed significant differences of the grain yield among locations and year × location and genotype × location × year interaction effects. Mean comparisons of yield among genotypes using Duncan multiple range test showed no significant differences among genotypes at the 1% probability level. Two years mean yield comparison showed that genotypes no. 6 (B1), 2 (Mahtab), 4 (CB-96-10) and 1 (Jolge) with grain yields of 6.736, 6.732, 6.584 and 6.578 t/ha, respectively, had the highest yields among genotypes tested while cultivar introduced barley varieties B1, B3 and B4 had the lowest yields among genotypes.
