با هدف انتخاب دانهال‌هاي پر رشد و متحمل نسبت به تنش گرمايي حاصل از بذر ارقام مختلف پکان، پروزه ای در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفي با 15 رقم و سه تکرار به مدت سه سال در مرکز تحقيقات کشاورزي صفي آباد دزفول اجرا شد. رقم ها عبارت بودند از : ‘GraTex' ، 'Peruque'، 'Comanche 4M'، '10J'، 'Wichita 6J' ، 'GraKing' ، 'Choctaw'، 'Apache'، 'Wichita 7J’ و 'Comanche 5M'. ‘Stuart 2J’، ‘Stuart 4J’، ‘6M’، ‘Mahan’، ‘Mohawk’. بذر رقم هاي مختلف پکان پس از سرمادهي به مدت يک ماه در دماي 4 درجه سانتی گراد، در اوایل اسفند ماه در گلدان هاي لیوانی کاشته شده و در اواسط فروردین به گلدان های بزرگ منتقل شدند. هر واحد آزمايشي شامل 15 دانهال از هر رقم در نظر گرفته شد. هر ساله در پایان فصل رشد، قطر تنه و ارتفاع نهال ارقام مختلف يادداشت برداري شدند. به منظور بررسی اثرات تنش دماهای بالا در ماه های گرم سال، مجموع ساعات با دمای بیش از 40، بین 45 تا 50 و بیش از 50 درجه سانتی گراد محاسبه شد. همه ساله در اوایل پاییز، میزان بروز خسارت برگ ها و جوانه دانهال ها در اثر تنش گرمای ماه های تابستان برآورد شد. نتایج درصد جوانه زنی و وزن بذر ارقام مختلف پکان نشان داد که ارقام پرکیو، آپاچی، ماهواک و ویچی تا J7 به ترتیب با امکان تولید 126، 86، 75 و 74 اصله دانهال از هر یک کیلو گرم بذر ارجحیت داشتند. نتایج قدرت رشد رویشی دانهال ارقام مختلف، نشان داد ارقام پرکیو، استوارت 2J ، کومانچ 4M، ماهان و آپاچی نسبت به سایر ارقام سریع تر به به قطر و ارتفاع مناسب برای پیوند رسیدند. مهمترین ویزگی از دانهال ارقام مختلف پکان که در این تحقیق مورد توجه قرار گرفت، تحمل به تنش گرما در ماه های گرم سال بود. شدت گرما در تابستان سال 1400 به حدی بود که حتی درختان چند ده ساله و بزرگ پکان نیز دچار خسارت شدند. نتایج بررسی تنش گرما در سه سال اجرای این تحقیق نشان داد که دانهال های رقم پرکیو و آپاچی بیشترین تحمل را داشته و ارقام گراتکس و ماهواک بسیار حساس بودند. با توجه به ارزیابی دانهال ارقام مختلف پکان در سال های 1398 تا 1400، استفاده از بذر ارقام پرکیو و آپاچی برای تولید پایه توصیه می گردد.واژه‌هاي كليدي : تنش گرمایی، صفات رویشی، دانهال، Carya illinoinensis

In order to selecting vigor and tolerant seedlings for heat stress germinated by different Pecan cultivars in a completely block randomized design with 15 varieties and three replications were carried out at Safiabad Agricultural Research Center for three years. The cultivars were 'GraTex', 'Peruque', 'Comanche 4M', '10J', 'Wichita 6J', 'GraKing', 'Choctaw', 'Apache', 'Wichita 7J' , 'Comanche 5M'. 'Stuart 2J', 'Stuart 4J', '6M', 'Mahan' and 'Mohawk'. Seeds of different Pecan cultivars were planted in glass pots in early March after stratification for one month at 4 ° C and transferred to large pots in mid-April. Each experimental plot consisting of 15 seedlings of each cultivar was considered. Each year at the end of the growing season, trunk diameter and seedling height of different cultivars were recorded. In order to investigate the effects of high temperature stress in the warm months of the year, the total hours with temperatures above 40, between 45 to 50 and more than 50 ° C were calculated. Every year in early autumn, the symptoms of damage to leaves and seedlings due to heat stress of summer months was estimated. The results of germination percentage and seed weight of different Pecan cultivars showed that 'Peruque', ‘Apache’, 'Mohawk' and 'Wichita 7J' cultivars were preferred with the possibility of producing 126, 86, 75 and 74 seedlings per kilogram of seed, respectively. The results of seedling growth vigor of different cultivars showed that 'Peruque', ‘Stuart 2J’, 'Comanche 5M', ‘Mahan’ and ‘Apache’ cultivars reached the appropriate diameter and height for grafting faster than other cultivars. The most important feature of seedlings of different Pecan cultivars that were considered in this study was warm stress tolerance in the hot months of the year. The warm stress was so intense in the summer of 2021 that even several decades old and large Pecan trees were damaged. The results of warm stress study in three years of this study showed that the seedlings of 'Peruque' and ‘Apache’ cultivars were the most tolerant and ‘GraTex’ and 'Mohawk' cultivars were very sensitive. According to the evaluation of seedlings of different Pecan cultivars in the years 2019 to 2021, the use of seeds of 'Peruque' and ‘Apache’ cultivars for Pecan rootstock production is recommended.Keywords: Warm weather stress, Vegetative growth, seedlings, Carya illinoinensis
