On-farm trials, as part of transfer technology, is expected to enhance the relevance of research by taking direct cognizance of farmer conditions and needs by choosing new technology in cooperation with farmers and testing it under their local condition. Hence, on-farm trials play important role in breeding programs for releasing of new varieties. This research was conducted in frame work of food security project with 26 wheat released and promising lines in Hashtrood innovation plotform conventional cultivation, reduced tillage and direct planting, and 56 advanced lines under rainfed in Khodajo in East-Azerbaijan province were studed. The results showed that plant height of genotypes in Hashtrood were 60, 57 and 58 cm under conventional cultivation, reduced tillage and direct planting, respectively. Based on results highest means of grain yield under conventional cultivation, reduced tillage and direct planting systems were 1689, 1746 and 1418 kgha-1 respectively from 17, 22 and 20 lines. Based on results in Khodajo lines 38, 40, 54, 35 and 44 with 2203, 2163, 1985, 1984 and 1955 kgha-1 respectively had highest grain yield.
