Making targeted crosses among valuable compound genotypes of bread wheat create genetic diversity and possessed pure desirable lines with adaptation to different climatic environments and tolerance to current biotic and abiotic stresses . In this research, 3048 segregating populations entries include in Maragheh, 201 lines in Qamlo, 318 enteries in Sararood, 633 lines in Shirvan and 162 line Zanjan in F2 to F6 genrations were evaluated using modified bulk, modified bulk and pedigree method at stations in 2019-20. The best genotypes were selected based on early growth vigor, cold tolerance, plant height, earliness, synchronization of spikes, leaf, tolerance to heat and drought stresses and resistance to rusts and bunt diseases.Selected genotypes will test in latter generations in next year. It will be continued to find adapted pure lines and 757 selected lines will be evaluated in PRBWYT in cold and moderate stations in next year.Key words: Bread wheat, Cold & Drought stress, Genetic variation, Segregating .populations
