به منظور حفظ و نگهداري گياهان موجود در كلكسيون و افزايش تنوع گونه‌هاي گياهي كلكسيون، طرح افزایش تنوع گونه های گیاهی در کلکسیون گیاهان مناطق بیابانی استان یزد (فاز3) ازسال 1394 به مدت 5 سال در کلکسیون گیاهی ايستگاه تحقيقات بيابان زدایی شهيدآيت الله صدوقي واقع در شهرستان اشكذر در استان يزد اجرا گرديد. بذر، نهال و قلمه گياهان مناسب از مناطق مختلف استان جمع آوري شد. تعدادي از نمونه ها به صورت بذري يا گلداني از استان‌هاي ديگر تهيه شد. نهال هاي گلداني در فصل بهار پس از چند روز سازگاري با شرايط اقليمي منطقه در زمين اصلي كشت گردید. قلمه‌ها در اواخر فصل پائيز در گلخانه و بذور در دو فصل پائيز و بهار در گلخانه كاشته شده و پس از رشد كافي به زمين اصلي كلكسيون انتقال داده شدند. پس از استقرار اوليه، فنولوژي و رشد ساليانه گونه‌ها اندازه گيري و ثبت گرديد. نتايج بدست آمده نشان دادكه از 88 گونه گياهی كشت شده، تنها 35 گونه گياهي جدید با شرايط اقلیمی ايستگاه و وضعيت آب و خاك كلكسيون سازگار بودند و از استقرار خوبي برخوردار بوده‌اند. بيشترين تعداد گونه به ترتيب مربوط به تيره‌هاي Poaceae با 8 گونه، Asteraceae با 7 گونه، Rosaceae با 2 گونه و Papilionaceae با 2 گونه مي‌باشد و كمترين تعداد گونه‌هاي استقرار يافته مربوط به تيره‌هاي Brassicaceae، Acanthaceae و Solanaceae با يك گونه مي‌باشند.واژه‌هاي كليــدي: كلكسيون، گياهان بياباني، فنولوژي، یزد.

In order to preserve the plants in the collection and increase the diversity of plant species in the collection, plan to increase the diversity of plant species in the collection of plants in desert areas of Yazd province (Phase 3) From 2015, for 5 years, it was carried out in the plant collection of Shahid Ayatollah Sadoughi Desertification Research Station located in township of Ashkezar in Yazd province. Seeds, seedlings and cuttings of suitable plants were collected from different parts of the province. A number of samples were prepared in the form of seeds or pots from other provinces. Potted seedlings were planted in the main field in spring after a few days of adaptation to the climatic conditions of the region. The cuttings are planted in the greenhouse in late autumn and Seeds in autumn and spring and after sufficient growth, they were transferred to the main land of the collection. After initial establishment, phenology and annual growth of species were measured and recorded. The results showed that out of 88 cultivated plant species, only 35 new plant species were adapted to the climatic conditions of the station and the water and soil conditions of the collection and have been well established. The most number of species belongs to Poaceae with 8 species, Asteraceae with 7 species, Rosaceae with 2 species and Papilionaceae with 2 species, respectively and the least number of established species belong to the genera Brassicaceae, Acanthaceae and Solanaceae with 1 species.Keywords: Collection, Desert Plants, Phenology, Yazd.
