To select the superior barley lines suitable for in Esfahan province moderate regions, this study was conducted with 3 promising barley lines (MB-94-8, MB-94-113 and MB-94-18) and Behrokh barley variety, as check in Borkhar and Naeein regions in cropping season (2018-19). The study was carried out in farmers' fields in an extension research pattern. Some traits such as date of heading, date of physiological maturity, and plant height were noted down .Grain yield and thousand kernel weight of each genotype measured. The results showed that in Borkhar, MB-94-8, MB-94-13 and MB-94-18) and Behrokh variety had 3150, 4950, 5350 and 5850 kg/ha grain yield, respectively and in Naeein, MB-94-8, MB-94-13 and MB-94-18) and Behrokh variety had 3920, 4400, 4080 and 3300 kg/ha grain yield, respectively. Behrokh and MB-94-13 genotypes produced the highest grain in Borkhar and Naeein regions , respectively. The average grain yield of the two regions (MB-94-8, MB-94-13 and MB-94-18) and control in two regions were 3535, 4675, 4715 and 4575 kg/ha, respectively, which indicates the most grain production is MB-94-13 genotype.
