Pike perch is valuable, endemic and economical species of the Caspian Sea. Since the 1986, it has only been considered for stock enhancement, and there has not been much work to enter of this species to aquaculture industry. So, in this research has been tried to reach of biotechnical production. The weaning of pike perch was taken manually for 12 days, which was first used for chironomid larvae, and gradually the concentrate and half-immersed plate were used. Also, weaning of juvenile pikeperch should begin 50 days after hatchingIn this study, the growth parameters of pike perch were calculated over 225 days (approximately 7.5 months), the average weight of fishes reached from 2.80±0.6 gr to 54 ± 27 gr, which, if the conditions of the recirculation system were current, kept the temperature at about 23 degrees, the results would be better than that. Survival rates in the first phase (growth stage of 2.8 g to 9 g), the second phase (growth stage of 9 g to 27 g) and the third phase (growth stage of 27 g to 54 g) were 52%, 77% and 85%, respectively. The instantaneous growth rates were calculated 2.58, 1.83, 0.6 and conversion coefficients of 0.9, 1.5 and 1.7, respectively. Daily growth rate was 0.137, 0.3 and 0.22 g / day in different growth stages, respectively. On fish skin, prevalence of Ichthyophthirius was 55%, infection severity was 2.6 ± 1.56, mean frequency was 1.45 ± 1.76, and Intensity range was 1- 5. Also in gills the prevalence of this parasite was 50% (less than skin), 3.3 ± 2.11 (more than skin), severity of infection, 2.23 ± 1.65, and intensity range was 1-7. The results of this study showed that pikeperch in intensive system has good production potential and can be grown up to 25 kg / m3 with proper environmental conditions and proper management and use of domestic generation.
