Florfenicol is one of the antibiotics that is widely used in veterinary medicine, which is widely used in aquatic farms. This research was carried out to evaluate the antibacterial effect of national made 50% Florfenicol on the rainbow trout in laboratory and farm conditions. In this study, in the first phase, MIC and MBC tests were performed on Streptococcus iniae, Lactococcus garvieae and Yersinia rachery. In Phase 2, red mouth disease was created experimentally using intra-peritoneal injection of active Yersinia rachery bacteria and treatment of fish with doses of 5, 10, 20 mg / kg body weight and comparing it with positive and negative control groups. In the third phase, after the identification of the affected farm with an emphasis on red mouth illness in the field, the treatment was carried out and the results were obtained. A comparison of the results showed that Florfenicol 50% of the Iranian Animal Drug (Daroohaye Dami) company had a favorable antibacterial effect on Streptococcus iniae, Lactococcus garvieae and Yersinia rachery and was effective in the treatment of red mouth illness.Keywords: Florfenicol, MBC, MIC, Microbial, Rainbow trout, Red mouth
