In order to achieve high yield lines of chickpea at unfavourable conditions and abiotic stresses with suitable agronomic characteristics, two preliminary and advance trials (PCYT with 20 Kabouli chickpea genotypes in Maragheh and Kordestan agriculture research stations, and ARCYT with 16 chickpea genotypes in Maragheh, Kordestan and Urmieh stations) were conducted in 2018-2019. In PCYT the results of mean comparisons on grain yield showed that Sameen check with 935 and 944 Kg/ha had the most grain yield in Maragheh and Kordestan stations, respectively. The mean grain yield of genotypes were 691 kg/ha in Maragheh and 531 Kg/ha in Kordestan stations. Totally in two stations, 8 genotypes(FLIP 11-106C, FLIP 11-183C, FLIP 11-184C, FLIP 11-112C, FLIP 11-43C, ILC 482, FLIP 82-150C, and FLIP 88-85C) were selected for more studies. In ARCYT the results of mean comparisons on grain yield showed that FLIP 10-141C with 897 Kg/ha in Maragheh station and FLIP 10-7C with 990 Kg/ha in totally Kordestan and Uromieh stations had the most grain yield in comparison with Sameen check. The mean of genotypes grain yields in Maragheh, Kordestan and Urmieh stations were 786, 552 and 1168 Kg/ha, respectively. Totally in three stations, 8 genotypes (FLIP 10-58C, FLIP 10-125C, FLIP 10-265C, FLIP 10-308C, FLIP 10-311C, FLIP 10-7C, FLIP 10-42C and FLIP 10-141C) were selected for more investigationsKeywords :Chickpea, Genotype, Grain yield, Dry land.
