| خلاصه یا چکیده

علیرغم نقش اجتناب¬ناپذیر آفت¬كش‌ها در افزايش توليد محصولات كشاورزي و در نتيجه امنيت غذایی، استفاده بي¬رويه و نادرست از آنها منجر به به ایجاد مشکلی به نام باقیمانده آفت¬کش¬ها می¬شود که سبب ایجاد مخاطرات جدی زیست محیطی و بهداشتی می¬شود. در برنامه تولید و عرضه محصولات کشاورزی سالم، اقداماتی از جمله رعایت اصول صحیح کاربرد آفت¬کش¬ها و همچنین پایش و تطبیق محصولات کشاورزی به لحاظ میزان باقي¬مانده سموم با استانداردهای موجود، ضروری است. بدیهی است شرط لازم برای پایش محصولات کشاورزی وجود شاخص¬های حد مجاز باقي¬مانده آفت¬کش-ها(MRLs) است. ميزان MRL به عوامل مختلف از جمله شرایط و تنوع مصرف آفت¬كش، سبد غذایی هر كشور و میزان قابل قبول دریافت روزانه آفت¬کش¬(ADI) بستگي دارد. لذا ضروري است در هر كشور با توجه به شرايط اقتصادي و اجتماعي نسبت به ارزیابی ریسک خطر مصرف و سپس تعيين MRL¬هاي ملي اقدام گردد، بنابراين با هدف تضمين سلامت جامعه و تحقق يكي از الزامات مهم پايش باقي¬مانده آفت¬کش¬ها در محصولات كشاورزي، اين اقدام مهم در قالب يك فعاليت متمركز تيمي در موسسه تحقيقات گياه¬پزشكي با مشارکت سایر سازمان¬ها و بخش خصوصی انجام شد. این فعالیت تعيين و معرفي MRL¬هاي ملي براي تمامي آفت¬كش‌هاي ثبت و توصیه شده در كشور در حبوبات (نخود، لپه، عدس، ماش، لوبيا)، صیفی جات(سیب-زمینی، بادمجان، گوجه¬فرنگی و انواع کدو)، جالیز (هندوانه، خیار، خربزه، طالبی) و سبزیجات برگی (كاهو، شاهي، تره، برگ تربچه، شوید، اسفناج، جعفری، گشنیز، ریحان، نعنا، ترخون، مرزه، شنبلیله، کرفس، نخودفرنگی، لوبیا سبز، باقلا سبز و فلفل) است.در این بررسی بیش از 1100 MRL برای 89 آفت کش در بیش از 30 محصول مختلف، طبق ارزیابی ریسک مورد تأیید مجامع بین المللی، تعیین گردید.

In spite of the inevitable impact of pesticides on increasing the production of agricultural products and, consequently, of food security, the inappropriate use of them makes a problem called pesticide residues, which poses a serious environmental and health hazard. In the program for the production and supply of healthy agricultural products, it is necessary to take steps to ensure the correct application of pesticides and also to monitor and adapt agricultural products in terms of the amount of pesticide residues in compliance with existing standards. Obviously, there is a necessary condition for the monitoring of agricultural products for the pesticide residue limitations. One of the most important of these indicators is the Maximum Residue Limits or MRLs for agricultural products.The MRL amount depends on a variety of factors, including the conditions and the variety of pesticide, the food basket of each country, and the acceptable daily intake of pesticides (ADI). Therefore, it is necessary in each country, taking into account the economic and social conditions, to assess the risk of consumption risk and then determine national MRLs. Therefore, in order to ensure the health of the community and to fulfill one of the important requirements for pesticide residues monitoring in agricultural products, this important step was done based on team activity in IRIPP with the participation of other organizations and NGOs. The result of this activity is the identification and introduction of national MRLs for all registered and recommended pesticides in beans, fruiting and leafy vegetables.In this study, more than 1100 MRLs for 89 pesticides were identified in more than 30 different products, according to a risk assessment approved by international assemblies.Key words: national Maximum Residue Limites (MRLs), beans, fruiting vegetables, leafy vegetables, risk assessement, food safety
