This resarech, was conducted in order to compare of tuber yield and some quantitative and qualitative traits of tow promising clones 901675 and 905675 with Savalan cultivar (control) during 2019 year. This two promising clones with Savalan cultivar were planted in half a hectare area as mechanizing and furrow with a density of 75×25 cm and planting depth of 10 cm in the Piraghom region of Ardabil in three replications. During growth and after harvest was measured traits of tuber uniformity, tuber number and weight per plant, plant height, flower color, tuber shape, color and depth of the eye, skin and flesh color, growth period, characteristics of leaf brigades, growth habit, misshapen tubers, tuber growth cracks, tuber hollow heart, tuber inner rust, raw tuber flesh color, tuber dry matter percent and tuber yield on the basis of the Value for Cultivation and Use (VCU) and Seed and Plant Institute Improvement. Based on results of "t test" between 901675 clone and Savalan cultivar (control) in term of tuber yield and tuber weight per plant was observed significant difference in the 1% probability level. The difference in the tuber yield of this clone was 13.13 ton ha-1 (28%) compared to the Savalan cultivar (control). This clone is shallow eye depth, middle to large tuber size, tuber shape of oval to round, the uniform tubers, the tuber number per plant of medium, low secondary leaflets, main stem number per plant of average, high plant height, free tuber deformity, no tuber inner rust, without tuber hollow heart, no tuber growth cracks, growth habits of half-standing, mid-early to mid-late, flesh color of yellow, skin color of creamy pink, red eye color and fried color of light yellow. This clone had relatively soft texture and were selected for the multipurpose use.Key words: Tuber yield, Dry matter percent, Clone, Solanum tuberosum
