خلاصه یا چکیده : کپک خاکستری(gray mold) توت فرنگی که عامل ان botrytis cinerea است، از بیماریهای مهم توت فرنگی در شرایط گرم و مرطوب بشمار می آید.
: Gray mold (Botrytis cinerea) is one of the most important diseases of strawberry in hot and humid conditions. The agent contaminates of flowers and fruits and spreads to other parts. In this study, the effect of Signum® (boscalid 26.7 + pyraclostrobin 6.7) WG 33.4% that is produced by BASF (Germany) and Milis® (pyrimethanil) SC 30% by Safa Tarim (Turkey) fungicides, were evaluated to control of strawberry gray mold in greenhouse condition. Foliar spraying was performed once every 7 days. The treatments consisted of: Signum with dilutions of 1, 1.5 (applicant dose) and 2 and Milis with concentrations of 0.5, 1 (applicant dose) and 1.5 per thousand liters of water, in compared with Captant WP 50% and Kaliba SP 85% as reference fungicides with 2 and 5 concentrations, respectively and water spraying (control treatment). Wet powder (50% captan WP) and 85% potassium bicarbonate were water soluble powder (Kaliban SP 85%) with concentrations of 2 and 5 per thousand as reference fungicides and spray treatment, respectively. Experiments were conducted in a randomized complete block design in greenhouse conditions. Effects of treatments on disease controlling were evaluated based on infected flowers percentage, number of infected plants and percentage of fruit rot. The results showed that Signum with concentrations 1, 1.5 and 2 and Milis with 1 and 1.5 per thousand reduced blossom blight and occurrence of fruit rot in strawberry plants at different stages of evaluation in two areas (Hashtgerd and Karaj) by more than 80% and their efficiency was more than Captan fungicide. The results of the effect of fungicides on controlling of postharvest fruit decay showed that Signum with 1.5 and 2 per thousand concentrations had 80.2% and 86.4% efficiency, respectively. Also, Milis (1 and 1.5/1000) and Captan fungicides had 77.3 and 80.4% efficiency, respectively. Caliban fungicide (potassium bicarbonate) was not efficient in compared of the studied fungicides. Thus, Signum (1.5 per thousand) and Milis (1 per thousand) fungicides are recommended for controlling of strawberry gray mold disease at flower formation stages once every 7 days.
