: The present study was conducted to investigate the interactions among dietary physical form and dietary inclusion of different levels of probiotic and enzyme on growth performance, cellular and humoral immunity, carcass traits, intestine morphology, blood biochemical parameters, microbial population of intestine, intestinal morphology and Mucin 2 gene expression of broiler chicks fed with triticale-based diets. Six hundred forty 1-d-old broiler chicks were arranged in 8 treatments with 4 replicates (n=20 chicks). Dietary treatments were consisted of dietary physical form (pellet and mash) and dietary supplementing of probiotic (0 and 0.03% diet) and enzyme (0 and 0.05% diet) in a 2×2×2 factorial arrangement. Feed intake (FI), weight gain (WG) and feed conversion ratio (FCR) were recorded for 0-10 d (starter), 11-24 d (grower) and 25-42 d (finisher period) of the experiment. Two birds per cage were selected and blood taken for blood samples at 21 and 42 days. Mucin 2 gene expression was measured at 42 days. Results showed that broiler chicks fed with pelleted diets containing enzyme and probiotic had greater WG than those fed mash diet without additive at starter and grower periods. Significant interactions between enzyme and probiotic for FCR and FI at starter period were found. Birds fed with pelleted diets containing enzyme and probiotic consumed more FI than other birds. A Significant interaction among physical form and enzyme/ probiotic supplementing was found for heterophil: lymphocyte ratio at 21 days. Chicks fed with pelleted diet containing enzyme and probiotic showed lower heterophil: lymphocyte ratio than other birds at 21 and 42 days. Dietary inclusion of enzyme and probiotic (simultaneous) to diets increased cellular immunity after 24 h. Carcass traits, intestine morphology, blood biochemical parameters, microbial population of intestine and intestinal morphology were no significantly influenced by dietary treatments. Mucin 2 gene expression was increased in birds fed with pelted diets containing enzyme and probiotic. In conclusion physical form of diet and supplementing of enzyme and probiotic play major role in improving performance, immunity and Mucin 2 gene expression of broiler chicks fed with triticale-based diets.Key words: Broiler chicks, Enzyme, , Gene expression, Immunity, Mucin2, Performance, , Probiotic, Triticale
